The workshop would be a 2-day Hands-on online practical certification workshop delivered by researchers from IIT Bombay’s BSBE taking place on the 30th and 31st of March 2024 Just at INR 499, which would progress from basic to advanced level.

Day 1:

• Starting from the introductory session In the first hour, where learners would be introduced to:

  • What is Big Data Analysis, &

  • What is Omics in Clinical Research

• Following it would be a

  • Hands-on Session on Biological Data Analysis

  • Using ORANGE with Real Clinical Omics Dataset

Day 2:

Equipping the students with the tools, Databases, and resources necessary for drug research from 1st session would be:

1. Databases and repositories for Drug discovery.

2. Target molecule, Key considerations in finding a suitable target/lead.

Following it would be

1. Case study and perspective of omics in Drug Discovery.

2. Ideal Participants: UG (B.Sc., B.Tech, MBBS, etc ), PG(MS, M.Tech), Ph.D., Postdoctorates etc.
